The pass will admit 4 people at $20.00 per person (ages 3and up to seniors Normal admission fees are $ 44.95 for adults; $33.95 for children 3-11 years old and $37.00 for seniors (60 years and older. Children 2 and younger under are admitted free.
Starting on September 8, you will need to complete the following steps before visiting:
1. visit www.neaq.org/coupons. Select the date printed on the library coupon, choose an available entry time, an purchase your discounted tickets online.
2. Bring the coupon ticket, and your order confirmation email to the 'Will Call" window of the Aquarium's Box Office for expedited entry.
If you arrive without a reserving tickets but with your library coupon; you will not be turned away. anyone who does not reserve a time slot in advance online will need to join the General Admission line to be admitted at the next available time slot. If they are 'sold out' for the day, you will still be able to purchase tickets for the last time slot of the day.
- Patrons who do not have the original coupon will not receive the discount; handwritten codes are not accepted.
- Library coupons are not to be used for school/group visits, nor be applied towards Aquarium programs, Simons Theatre tickets, Whale Watch ticket or combination tickets.

Passes Availability
Once reserved, all passes must be picked up at the Manchester City Library 5 days or less before the date of your reservation. PLEASE CHECK LIBRARY OPEN HOURS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR PASS BEFORE YOUR VISIT DATE.
To reserve a pass, you will be asked to log in to your library account. You must use your 14 digit number on the back of your library card to log in. Please do not use your custom library username to reserve a pass as it causes problems with our system.
