This pass is valid for the free admission of 1 adult (18+) and 1 child (ages 5-17) and a 50% admission discount for 1 adult and 1 child. Children ages 4 and under are free. This pass is not valid for special events or programs.
Directions: Front gate on Route 171 is closed; visitors will instead drive up Ossipee Park Road, located 2 miles north of the main entry and park in the usual parking area.
Hour of Operations: Open 7 days a week May 24 - October 19, 2025; 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Last tickets to tour the mansion are sold at 4:00 pm. Trolleys the Carriage House to Lucknow every 15 minutes on the quarter of the hour until 4:45 pm. All buildings close at 5:30 pm.

Once reserved, all passes must be picked up at the Manchester City Library 5 days or less before the date of your reservation.
